Technical support rates

Technical support under the Start Plan: 

 

  • equipment startup/shutdown/reboot;
  • indication check;
  • checking and switching connection lines;
  • USB connections;
  • IP KVM connection: up to 5 hours per month (in aggregate)
  • response time: 15 to 20 minutes.

 Cost: free of charge 

 

Technical support under the Start+ Plan: 

  • all operations under the Start Plan;
  • Hot swapping of HDD / power supplies: up to 10 replacements per month (subject to the provision of disks/adapters/power supplies) as per the customer’s SOW;
  • KVM connection, up to 24 hours per month (in aggregate).

Cost: RUB 5,040 

 

Technical support under the Enhanced Plan: 

  • all operations under the Start Plan;
  • Hot swapping of HDD / power supplies: up to 20 replacements per month (subject to the provision of disks/adapters/power supplies) as per the customer’s SOW;
  • Replacing components that require opening the server (RAM, processors, power supplies, HDD, etc.) as per the customer’s SOW: up to 5 replacements per months;
  • burning discs, disc images (provided the link to the desired image is available);
  • providing an individual IP KVM without limitations;
  • providing an individual storage cell for spare parts;
  • equipment installation in / removal from racks (up to 5 units per months);
  • switching of the equipment in racks, with cables and connection cards provided by the customer;
  • re-crimping of UTP cables if damaged;

Cost: RUB 15,000 

 

Technical support under the Advanced Plan: 

  • All operations under the Enhanced Plan;
  • replacing components that require opening the server (RAM, processors, power supplies, HDD, etc.) as per the customer’s SOW;
  • installing the OS as per the customer’s SOW (provided that a link to the required image is available);
  • configuring BIOS as per the customer’s SOW;
  • configuring network devices as per the customer’s SOW;
  • configuring web API as per the customer’s SOW;

Cost: to be negotiated
