  1. STOREDATA CENTER ACCESS REGULATIONS

These access regulations are the Internal Regulatory Act of StoreData LLC regulating access to the StoreData center territory and establishing the procedure for bringing in and removing equipment. 

  • The procedure for authorization of the Customer's employees to make up the list of persons authorized to access the data center as long as the contract between the StoreData center and Customer is valid. 
    • Organizing round-the-clock access to the StoreData center requires sending a scanned list of persons authorized to access the data center on a permanent basis via the personal account with my.storedata.ru. as long as the service contract is valid.     • In case of any amendments to the list of authorized persons with the right of permanent access, it is necessary to send a scan of the updated list via the personal account with my.storedata.ru and send the original updated list to the StoreData center representatives. 
  • The procedure for one-time pass registration.
    • Should the company's employee be not listed among the persons with permanent access, requests for access to the StoreData center shall be sent via the personal account with my.storedata.ru. 
    • The StoreData service desk shall confirm receipt by responding to the Customer's e-mail registered in the personal account of the company. 
    • One-time access requests shall be submitted to the StoreData service desk no later than 10 minutes before the Customer or his representative arrives. 
    • Access to the data center shall be possible only based on preliminary access requests from authorized employees of the company, submitted via the personal account with my.storedata.ru, as well as according to the approved permanent access lists.
  • The procedure for Customer and visitor's access to StoreData
    • Only visitors with identification documents shall be allowed to access the StoreData centre. These documents include: Russian citizen's passport, international passport, military ID, driver's license. 
    • The employee working with electrical equipment shall have at least an electrical safety group 2, according to the power system occupational safety rules. This group shall be confirmed by a valid certificate.
    • Accessing the unit without shoe covers on, with food, intoxicated with alcohol or drugs shall be strictly prohibited. In case of violation of the access rules, the data center management shall reserve the right to restrict access of the authorized employee to the StoreData center's premises. 
  • The procedure for bringing equipment (and other material values) in the StoreData
    • Any equipment shall be brought in the data center upon requests submitted by the company's authorized employees via the personal account with my.storedata.ru.
    • Such requests shall be submitted only by the authorized employees via the personal account with my.storedata.ru. The StoreData service desk shall confirm receipt by responding to the Customer's e-mail registered in the personal account of the company. 
    • It is also possible to bring it in under an Acceptance Certificate. You can download the Acceptance Certificate template here: https://storedata.ru/ru/doc.
    • Bringing in equipment simultaneously with signing the Acceptance Certificate shall be possible only on working days, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • The procedure for removing equipment from the StoreData
    • Any equipment shall be removed from the data center upon requests. The requests shall be submitted via the personal account with my.storedata.ru. The StoreData service desk shall confirm receipt by responding to the Customer's e-mail registered in the personal account of the company. 
    • Any equipment accepted under acceptance certificates shall be removed from the data center premises under a pre-issued Acceptance Certificate on working days, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You can download the Acceptance Certificate template here:  https://storedata.ru/ru/doc.
  1. THE RULES OF INTERACTION BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER'S ENGINEERING SERVICES AND THE STOREDATA SERVICE DESK REGARDING EQUIPMENT OPERATIONAL MAINTENANCE

These rules define the structure and principle of interaction between the Customer's engineering services and the service desk of the StoreData LLC data center regarding operational maintenance of the equipment accommodated in the StoreData center premises. 

  • Checking the status of the equipment based on what is indicated on its front or rear panel and, if sorequested by the Customer, rebooting the equipment by a StoreData duty engineer. 
    • Requests for process operations shall be submitted via the personal account with my.storedata.ru and accepted only if submitted by authorized employee of the company via the personal account with my.storedata.ru.
    • A reboot request shall in all cases contain the Registration Number of the equipment item as indicated in the StoreData database, the location details of the rack the equipment item is placed in, and the way of its reboot (switching off/on or pressing the Reset button). 
    • A status check request shall in any cases contain the Registration Number of the equipment item as indicated in the StoreData database, the location details of the rack the equipment item is placed in, and values of indicators.
    • The service desk shall confirm that the request has been fulfilled by responding to the Customer's e-mail registered in the personal account of the company.
    • The scope of services available shall be determined by the tariff plan as selected by the Customer under the service contract. Visit the Contractor's website for the tariff plans available: https://storedata.ru/ru/file/4/0.
  • Ordering and maintaining connection lines between the Customer's equipment items.
    • In-rack connections, as per the Customer's request, can be made both by the StoreData engineering team and by Customer's authorized employees. 
    • Cross-rack connections, as per the Customer's request, can be made by the StoreData engineering team, only. 
    • Requests for determining the cost of a jumper and/or arranging new connection lines shall be submitted via the personal account with my.storedata.ru.
    • If a new connection line is arranged between the Customer's equipment and a third party, the Customer will be charged a monthly subscription fee, as per the StoreData tariffs: www.storedata.ru/ru/services/. 
    • The service desk shall confirm that the request has been fulfilled responding to the Customer's e-mail registered in the ticket system.
  1. THE PROCEDURE FOR OPERATING FREIGHT AND PASSENGER ELEVATORS AT THE STOREDATA CENTER
  • The passenger elevator operation procedure.
    • The passenger elevator shall operate 24/7/365.
    • Use the passenger elevator to transport the equipment with a total weight of 500 kg or less.
  • Freight elevator operation procedure.
    • The freight elevator shall operate on working days, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • The maximum total weight of the equipment allowed for transportation in the freight elevator shall be 900 kg.
    • In order to use the freight elevator outside the working hours, you are required to inform the person in charge about your intention on the previous weekday, at least 24 hours before the non-working hours.
